Jorge has been in the financial services industry since 1988 where he began his career after college in the state of California. He worked his business and cared for his two small children ages two and three years old as a single father and still managed to work hard and developed a large book of clients. In 1998 Jorge moved back to his homes state of Florida, where he met his current wife and started a new family, and had two additional children. Jorge started JLT & Associates, Inc. in 1996 and then in 2016, it became JLT Financial Services Inc. DBA:Retirement Solutions 4U. Jorge has been licensed in the state of Florida since 2002 and also licensed in the following states: Georgia, Idaho, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia and in the state of Washington.
